Well now me hearty’s, its been a long and strange stupor for the last 2 days, Saturday being Pirate day, and then kicking straight into brewfest today.  Granted pirate day is little more than a few dancing pirates in booty bay, a single achievement and an chance to get hammered and talk like a pirate without regret…but still its fun.  Now brewfest is the money maker though!  First off, lets all just get it out of our system and say how much we really do enjoy getting our characters drunk and pretending to act like fools.  Wow provides us with alot of the same needs as drinking, yet without the nasty hangover the next day.  We drink to be social, and brewfest is a great way to met new people in the game, with the festive music playing, lots of food and beer to go around and the fun daily quests to be completed there is a big draw there. So now that we have the social situation taken care of, our inhibitions are gone simply because we are hidden behind the safety of our computer so we aer pretty much safe to say what we want…and if we do happen to say something offensive…blame it on brewfest.  Really, its the perfect situation for the socialy awkward, both in real life, and in the game to come out, make new friends and have a very fun time doing it

So…keep an eye out here on World of Weirdcraft.net in the next two weeks because with brewfest in full swing and harvest fest kicking off next week, there is lots of fat lewts to go around and plenty of strange happenings in the world, so Ill be droping bombs and all the intresting things I can find…like drunk and naked dancing gnomes….
